Over many years, ScanOnline has made multiple, targeted strategic investments, alongside the expansion of our products and services portfolio, to continue to meet the expectations of our customers within an ever-changing industry environment.

Our vision to operate as a personable, comprehensive provider of enterprise mobility, data collection, and network infrastructure solutions has never wavered, which now can be best seen in the 2020 launch of The ScanOnline One Solution – our all-inclusive “provider-as-a-service” offering.  As we continue to grow and modify the overall mission of not only The ScanOnline One Solution, but of the company as a whole, the recruitment of top talent will also be as important as applying the right company assets to fulfill the needs of our customers today, and long into the future.

David Herlihy, born, educated, and raised in the Charlotte metro region, joins the ScanOnline team as our newest territory account manager, during this new and exciting time for ScanOnline.  As a general health and fitness enthusiast, you can often find him out and about pursuing an array of hobbies, including backpacking, camping, and hitting the links for a round of golf.

His passion for helping others will be a great fit into our company culture, as he “hopes to be a strong voice for our customer base, our partners, and of course ScanOnline, to craft solutions that are unique to the businesses we serve”.  David adds that he “looks forward to creating new relationships within our ever-evolving customer base, helping them reach their goals in the process.”

The recruitment of David meshes well with the restructuring of our sales operations.  When we think of the words and phrases that best describe the changes being made,  “concierge”, “project manager”, “front-line defender”, and “customer champion” come to mind.  More or less, we want you to rethink what an account manager is and be as unique of a resource to customers as the many moving parts that make your business unlike any other.  Relationships matter.

David is the 1st to be hired under this new focus, and we’re proud to have him!
