  • ScanOnline products, solutions, services, and support remain fully intact
  • Your existing ScanOnline account manager will continue to be your main point of contact for new orders, inquiries, or requests
  • All of ScanOnline’s engineers and managed services technicians remain in the same roles, ready to assist at a moment’s notice
  • Current customers will have a new remit address (effective 1/2/2024 – See Below)
  • Customers need to fill out and return a new account profile form to their account manager to be set up for future orders (Click Here for .pdf)
  • An additional 20+ years of product, customer service, and technical support experience is now mobilized behind our offerings to your benefit
